Oshan's path to healing - a structured recovery program in Jaffna
After years of caregiving, Oshan has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $500.

After years of caregiving, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Jaffna Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
