Oscar's kidney failure: help with the vet bill

Oscar is my cat of three years. On 21 August we rushed to Mumbai Animal Hospital with kidney failure. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $350.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $15 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Mumbai Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Oscar's recovery.

• Emergency surgery: $170
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $95
• Medication and follow-up visits: $50
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $35
