One semester away: help Yusuf graduate from the Alexandria Institute of Technology
Yusuf has worked and saved for three years to study an accounting degree; a $850 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an accounting degree at the Alexandria Institute of Technology, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a library assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $850.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.8 average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $850 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $340
• Final term tuition: $440
• Exam and lab fees: $20
• Textbooks and materials: $50
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

how is Yusuf doing now?
Wishing you the best, Yusuf. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Wish I lived closer to Jacksonville so I could bring a meal. All the best.
Stay strong, Yusuf. This could happen to any of us. It's not much but it's yours. All the best.
