One semester away: help Vinayak graduate from Siliguri Polytechnic

Vinayak is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in civil engineering at Siliguri Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550. The registrar has said Vinayak can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Vinayak has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Vinayak would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Vinayak isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Siliguri Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
