The registrar has said Valentina can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Valentina has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Valentina would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Valentina isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
