One semester away: help Tharun graduate from Saket Community College

Tharun is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in civil engineering at Saket Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has said Tharun can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Tharun has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Tharun would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Tharun isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
