One semester away: help Tadesse graduate from Addis Ababa Polytechnic

Tadesse is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an agriculture degree at Addis Ababa Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has said Tadesse can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Tadesse has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Tadesse would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Tadesse isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Addis Ababa Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $350
• Final term tuition: $230
• Exam and lab fees: $35
• Textbooks and materials: $35
