One semester away: help Sita graduate from Gatineau University
A first-generation student, Sita needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a master's in public health.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a master's in public health at Gatineau University, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a delivery rider to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $5,450.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a first-class average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Gatineau University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $5,450 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,100
• Final term tuition: $2,950
• Exam and lab fees: $230
• Textbooks and materials: $170
Thanks for reading all this.

stay strong. Hope this works out for you. Sent it to 33 people at work. God bless.
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Sita.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. outstanding tuition balance comes first ($2,100) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Let me know if you want more detail.
take care, Sita. Shared it with a few friends. God bless.

You're not alone, Sita. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
you're not alone. Shared it with a few friends. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
Sending good thoughts. Hope this works out for you. It's not much but it's yours.
