One semester away: help Shivam graduate from Thane University

Shivam is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at Thane University, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500.
The registrar has said Shivam can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Shivam has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Shivam would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Shivam isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $500 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $35
• Textbooks and materials: $30
• Final term tuition: $435
