One semester away: help Sheila graduate from Pasig University

Sheila is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Pasig University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650. The registrar has said Sheila can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Sheila has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Sheila would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Sheila isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Pasig University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
