Sabina is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an agriculture degree at the Dhaka Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600. The registrar has said Sabina can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Sabina has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Sabina would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Sabina isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Dhaka Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
