One semester away: help Rowan graduate from San Diego Polytechnic

Rowan is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at San Diego Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,300.
The registrar has said Rowan can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rowan has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rowan would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Rowan isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
