One semester away: help Rakib graduate from Chattogram University

Rakib is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a computer science degree at Chattogram University, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650. The registrar has said Rakib can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rakib has a 3.8 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rakib would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Rakib isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Chattogram University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
