Raimundo is two terms away from finishing a law degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $650.

Raimundo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at São Paulo State College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has said Raimundo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Raimundo has a 3.8 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Raimundo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Raimundo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.

• Exam and lab fees: $80
• Final term tuition: $460
• Textbooks and materials: $110
