The registrar has said Nitin can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Nitin has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Nitin would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Nitin isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Rajkot State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
