One semester away: help Mukesh graduate from New Delhi Polytechnic

Mukesh is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an accounting degree at New Delhi Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $800.
The registrar has said Mukesh can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Mukesh has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Mukesh would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Mukesh isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the New Delhi Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
