One semester away: help Moin graduate from Multan Community College

Moin is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a computer science degree at Multan Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600. The registrar has said Moin can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Moin has a distinction average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Moin would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Moin isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Multan Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
