One semester away: help Maria graduate from São Paulo Polytechnic
A first-generation student, Maria needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a teaching qualification.

Maria is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at São Paulo Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,400.
The registrar has said Maria can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Maria has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Maria would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.

Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
