The registrar has said Lucas can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Lucas has a 3.8 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Lucas would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Lucas isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Nice Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
