Lisa is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a pharmacy diploma at Augsburg Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,650. The registrar has said Lisa can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Lisa has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Lisa would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Lisa isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Augsburg Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $4,650 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $1,300 • Final term tuition: $3,050 • Exam and lab fees: $90 • Textbooks and materials: $210 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to. - Julia
