One semester away: help Leonardo graduate from Los Angeles State College
Leonardo is one semester away from finishing a nursing degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $6,000.

Leonardo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at Los Angeles State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $6,000.
The registrar has said Leonardo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Leonardo has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Leonardo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Leonardo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Los Angeles State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Final term tuition: $2,650
• Exam and lab fees: $140
• Textbooks and materials: $260
