One semester away: help Leonardo graduate from Buenos Aires Community College
Leonardo has worked and saved for five years to study a degree in social work; a $1,150 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a degree in social work at Buenos Aires Community College, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a library assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $1,150.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a first-class average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $290
• Exam and lab fees: $20
• Final term tuition: $840
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

how is Leonardo doing now?
Hope things get better soon. Study hard! I'm in customer support myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Kano
wishing you peace, Leonardo. Hope you get there. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
