One semester away: help Kumari graduate from Colombo Polytechnic
Kumari has worked and saved for five years to study a diploma in hospitality management; a $400 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Kumari is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Colombo Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $400.
The registrar has said Kumari can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Kumari has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Kumari would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Kumari isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Colombo Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $400 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $20
• Textbooks and materials: $15
• Final term tuition: $365
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

You're not alone, Lakshmi. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We're a small family in Paris but we're thinking of you. Blessings!
