One semester away: help Kumar graduate from Rajkot State College

Kumar is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Rajkot State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600.
The registrar has said Kumar can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Kumar has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Kumar would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Kumar isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Rajkot State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
