One semester away: help Hui graduate from Oakland University

Hui is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a computer science degree at Oakland University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $5,000. The registrar has said Hui can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Hui has a first-class average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Hui would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Hui isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $5,000 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $3,050 • Final term tuition: $1,650 • Exam and lab fees: $300 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it. - Li
