One semester away: help Gabriel graduate from Philadelphia Polytechnic
Gabriel has worked and saved for three years to study a degree in social work; a $2,300 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a degree in social work at Philadelphia Polytechnic, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a shop assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $2,300.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.8 average, and my department head has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Philadelphia Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $2,300 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $270
• Final term tuition: $1,900
• Textbooks and materials: $130
Thank you so much.
