Dante is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at Santa Rosa Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750.
The registrar has said Dante can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Dante has a 3.8 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Dante would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Dante isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $750 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $250
• Final term tuition: $440
• Exam and lab fees: $45
• Textbooks and materials: $15
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Praying for you, Angelica. Gave what I could, wish it was more. It's not much but it's yours.
Stay strong, Angelica. I hope things turn around soon. Put this on a community board in Aurora this morning.
