One semester away: help Cynthia graduate from Los Angeles State College

Cynthia is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a law degree at Los Angeles State College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $5,050.
The registrar has said Cynthia can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Cynthia has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Cynthia would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Cynthia isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Los Angeles State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
