One semester away: help Ceren graduate from Kadıköy University
Ceren has worked and saved for five years to study a diploma in hospitality management; a $1,200 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Ceren is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Kadıköy University, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,200.
The registrar has said Ceren can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ceren has a distinction average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ceren would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Ceren isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $440
• Final term tuition: $680
• Exam and lab fees: $45
• Textbooks and materials: $35
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Kadıköy
Thank you. If you're in Kadıköy I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. It helps to be asked.
Best of luck. Your post was clear and honest. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best.
Take care, Seda. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Love from Milan.
