One semester away: help Catalin graduate from București Polytechnic
Catalin has worked and saved for four years to study a pharmacy diploma; a $1,050 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a pharmacy diploma at București Polytechnic, and I'm two terms away from graduating. I have worked as a tutor to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $1,050.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a distinction average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the București Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $620
• Exam and lab fees: $45
• Final term tuition: $385
Glad we found this place.

Praying for you, Catalin. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors
You're not alone, Catalin. This could happen to any of us. Greetings from Bangkok.
hope things get better soon, Catalin. Your post was clear and honest. After 12 years in public service I know how hard it is to ask for anything.
Hope it all works out, Catalin. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of București.
