One semester away: help Carlo graduate from Brescia Polytechnic

Carlo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Brescia Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,750.
The registrar has said Carlo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Carlo has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Carlo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Carlo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Brescia Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
