One semester away: help Benoît graduate from Strasbourg University

Benoît is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in social work at Strasbourg University, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,200.
The registrar has said Benoît can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Benoît has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Benoît would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Benoît isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Strasbourg University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
