One semester away: help Bea graduate from Calamba Polytechnic

Bea is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at Calamba Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650. The registrar has said Bea can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Bea has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Bea would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Bea isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Calamba Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
