One semester away: help Amit graduate from Brampton University
A first-generation student, Amit needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an accounting degree.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an accounting degree at Brampton University, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a shop assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $2,950.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.6 average, and my academic advisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Brampton University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $2,950 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,450
• Final term tuition: $970
• Exam and lab fees: $270
• Textbooks and materials: $260
Thanks for being kind about this.

Sending strength. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Jakarta
Wishing you the best, Amit. Shared it with a few friends. My neighbor in Takoradi donated after I showed her your page.
you're not alone, Amit. This could happen to any of us. It's not much but it's yours
