One semester away: help Amal graduate from Heliopolis Polytechnic
A first-generation student, Amal needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a pharmacy diploma.

Amal is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a pharmacy diploma at Heliopolis Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $800.
The registrar has said Amal can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Amal has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Amal would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Amal isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $800 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $50
• Final term tuition: $460
• Outstanding tuition balance: $290
With deep gratitude,
Taghreed
