One semester away: help Aisha graduate from Pretoria State College
Aisha has worked and saved for five years to study a degree in civil engineering; a $1,500 gap now stands between her and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a degree in civil engineering at Pretoria State College, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $1,500.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.8 average, and my department head has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Pretoria State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $690
• Final term tuition: $730
• Exam and lab fees: $20
• Textbooks and materials: $60
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
