Addison is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a law degree at Birmingham University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $5,950. The registrar has said Addison can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Addison has a 3.9 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Addison would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Addison isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Birmingham University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $5,950 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $3,100 • Final term tuition: $2,350 • Exam and lab fees: $210 • Textbooks and materials: $290 I hope life is good to you.
