Omolara needs a full set of tools to reopen a bicycle repair shop
Omolara has run a bicycle repair shop for three years; a storm that collapsed the roof destroyed the equipment, and $400 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a bicycle repair shop in Awka. In June, a storm that collapsed the roof took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Tuesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $400 goes:
• Replacing a full set of tools: $210
• Initial stock: spare parts: $50
• Shop repairs and licensing: $70
• Working capital for the first month: $70

Rooting for you, Omolara. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes
Hope it all works out, Omolara. Hope this works out for you.
You're not alone, Omolara. Hope the shop reopens soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
Sending good thoughts, Omolara. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 12 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Duluth
Best of luck. This could happen to any of us. Put this on a community board in Da Nang this morning. God bless
