After bullying at school, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Lahore Counselling Collective cost $10 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment. The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record. Where the $300 goes: • 20 therapy sessions: $210 • Psychiatric assessment: $60 • Workbook and resources: $30 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure. - Omer

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Omer.

      • Take care, Omer. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. I hope October is when things finally get easier. Greetings from Fresno
