Omar's palate reconstruction surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Omar was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in May. The surgeon at Jeddah Orthopedic Institute recommended palate reconstruction surgery, and He is scheduled for August. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $3,650, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $2,750 short.
my brother has been in and out of Jeddah Orthopedic Institute since May. The doctors say severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without palate reconstruction surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $3,650 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Omar struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 10 weeks. During that time Omar won't be able to look after the children alone, so the costs keep growing.
