Okan was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in April. The surgeon at Üsküdar University Hospital recommended palate reconstruction surgery, and He is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $3,900, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $1,950 short. my father has been in and out of Üsküdar University Hospital since April. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without palate reconstruction surgery.
