Novelette's hip replacement surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Novelette was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc in May. The surgeon at Spanish Town Community Hospital recommended hip replacement surgery, and She is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $440, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $350 short.
my wife has been in and out of Spanish Town Community Hospital since May. The doctors say a herniated spinal disc will get worse without hip replacement surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $440 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Novelette struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 4 weeks. During that time Novelette won't be able to stand for more than ten minutes, so the costs keep growing.
