Nova's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Nova won a place at the Dallas Selective School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Year 11 at the Dallas Selective School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $800, which is more than we have.
I love biology and want to become a software developer. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
