I earned a place in Form 4 at Richards Bay Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform. My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $200, which is more than we have. I love graphic design and want to become an engineer. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard. I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything. Where the $200 goes: • Laptop: $90 • School uniform and shoes: $30 • Textbooks and workbooks: $50 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $30 Thanks for being kind about this.

So sorry you're going through this, Nokuthula. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
