Noémie needs my school-run minibus repaired to get back to work in Grenoble
Without my school-run minibus Noémie can't work; a $1,500 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 8 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,500. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• Labor charges: $320
• clutch assembly replacement (parts): $980
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $200
Every share and every dollar helps.

Thinking of you and your family. Your post was clear and honest. Wish I lived closer to George so I could bring a meal. Blessings.

So sorry you're going through this, Noémie. It takes guts to ask. Well done
Thinking of you and your family. Small businesses are the heart of Grenoble. Hope you're open again soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
Stay strong, Noémie. Hope you get there.
Looking forward to the next update. Sent it to 21 people at work.
