Nneka needs a braille note-taker - help us make it happen
A braille note-taker would give Nneka independence - we're $750 away.

Nneka lives with muscular dystrophy. The occupational therapist at Gwagwalada General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $750.
Her current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 3 weeks.
With the right equipment Nneka could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $750 goes:
• braille note-taker: $650
• Fitting and training sessions: $25
• Delivery and set-up: $20
• First-year servicing plan: $55
