After ten years of service, Nilesh is raising funds for a vocational welding course and tools.

I served ten years in the army and was discharged in 2025 with hearing damage and PTSD. I have been waiting seven months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a vocational welding course and tools. The quote I have comes to $950.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $950 goes:
• Training provider fees: $510
• Housing deposit and first month: $330
• Transport to appointments: $50
• Essential household items: $60
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
