He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,450. The registrar has said Niall can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Niall has a 3.8 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Niall would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Niall isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
