Neelam's final semester of an agriculture degree in Warangal

Neelam is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an agriculture degree at Warangal Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $300. The registrar has said Neelam can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Neelam has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Neelam would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Neelam isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
