I'm launching a cleaning company in San Miguel de Tucumán next May. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you for reading my story.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My neighbor in Riyadh donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of San Miguel de Tucumán.
Hope you get there. After 16 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything
